March 11, 2012: Silang, Cavite - Another year came and another batch of PNPA graduates were again adopted: A faithful bond and a sacred vow of accountability which will be forever held and repeated in years to come.
In tradition with the yearly adoption of newly graduating cadets, the My Brother’s Keeper program has once again embraced would-be Police Inspectors led by Cadet Christian Fellowship- Cadet-in- Charge: Daniel Rojo, in their ranks to lead them in accountability and love towards Christ and our country.
In a ceremony alike those of a matrimonial vow, the graduates of batch 2012, was given away by their erstwhile father- Ptr. Raymond Go (Head Pastor of the CCF) to their Keepers who have made a promise to love them and be accountable for them as Christ has love the Church.
This was further deepened by the pinning of ranks and the signing of covenant whose spiritual value is like that of exchanging of rings and the signing of a spoken vow.
The Keepers led by PSSUPT Cesar Binag, PSUPT Bernie Banac, PSUPT Eric Noble, PSUPT Bong Malabed, PSUPT Warren Tolito, PSUPT Renell Sabaldica and PCINSP Sonny Celedio of the CORPS Movement were present as well as partners from the AFP Lt. Col. Joel Paloma and Lt. Col. John Divinagracia of the Philippine Army who witnessed the event and also adopted some cadets to be there brothers.
The exchange of vows was witnessed by some foreign counterparts from Bermuda which are part of the More Than Conquerors Ministry of Ptr. Jim Delos Santos who is also the BOC4 Movement Rizal Coordinator.
A delectable lunch capped the celebration as both brothers and their keepers joined tables to talk more about themselves and their family.
