Bless Our Cops Lucena: CALBARZON Tour Starts with a Bang!




Much has been anticipated about the extension of the BOC program in the Southern Tagalog provinces. Finally, after much prayer, the BOC4 program has reached the commercial and political center of the region-Lucena City.

PSUPT Jun Borromeo was used by God to contact his mistah PSSUPT Valeriano Santos the Provincial Director of Quezon Province in gathering police ministers all over the towns of Quezon. Col. Borromeo who shared the program to his classmate wanted to strengthen and support the existing pastors who are ministering to the police with a vision to further bless the cops, empower the church, reach their community and ultimately bless the country.



The event finally took place last April 20, 2012 at the Quezon Provincial Police Office in Camp Nakar in Lucena City.

Ptr. Melvin Llanas of the Quezon Provincial Ministerial and PCINSP Elmar Sillador headed and organized the delegation of pastors with representatives from the following stations: Quezon Provincial Police Office ( Ptr. Hermi Escobido, Ptr. Joe Aguilar and Ptr. Ramon Maralit; Burdeos (Ptr. Manny Ruiz); General Nakar (Ptr. Darios Jimenez); Panukulan (Ptr. Ronald Villanueva); Polillo (Ptr. Cromwell Dejoras); Sampaloc (Ptr. Ed Lake); Mauban (Ptr. Randy Foliente and Ptr. Renato Talabong); Pagbilao (Ptr. Bernard Merle, Ptr. Arthur Calusin, Ptr. Ramil Porto and Ptr. Edu Patriarca); Lucban (Ptr. Renato Timbre, Ptr. Gerardo Abuyan, Ptr. Jocelyn Abustan and Ptr. Leon Obmasca); Tayabas (Ptr. Fernando Sombrero); Lucena (Ptr. Joe Belizario and Ptr. The event started with the testimony of PSUPT Jun Borromeo and was followed by the presentation of the Bless our Cops Concept of the CORPS Movement Foundation. It was then followed by a talk Pastor Gil del Rosario who is a part of Wyden King’s group and who wanted to train pastors to be self-sufficient. Then by Ptr. James Guilan of Lingkod Care who wanted to help pastors by his organization LingkodCare to organize and be blessed. The day was wrapped up by a talk of PSSUPT Ma.o Aplasca who shared how Cagayan provincial police was helped by ministers to be a God-centered, Service Oriented and Family Based police office.
